Interim Evaluation of the project “Interactive Map on Irregular Migration Routes and Flows in  Africa, the Middle East, and the Mediterranean Region (MTM i-Map)” on behalf of the Dutch ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD), Vienna, 2010/2011
CORE designed, managed and conducted the evaluation of the large-scale project co-financed by EuropeAid, which was based on a method set that a.o. also included website analysis (user behaviour).

Evaluation of the INTER-Network, Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (UNED),  Madrid-Spain, 2009 - 2010     
The INTER network is financed by the Lifelong Learning Programme (LLP) of the European Commission, under the Comenius scheme. CORE was responsible for the design and management of the external evaluation. 

Evaluation of INTERFACE, 2009
Interface is an unincorporated association aiming at the promotion of the labour market integration of refugees through counselling. CORE was responsible for the design and implementation of the entire evaluation.

Development of an evaluation instrument to evaluate the re-integration process of ex-offenders, for Neustart, Vienna, 2008/2009
The aim of this assignment consisted in the conceptualisation and operationalisation of reintegration processes so as to allow for monitoring and self-evaluation activities. CORE established the first instrument of this kind capturing the processes of cognitive as well as behavioural changes.

Evaluation of the Program “Development of transnational referral mechanisms for trafficked persons in South Eastern Europe” for USAID, 2006-2009
Responsible for the design and management of the evaluation. 

Ex-post evaluation of the programme “Integration of third-country nationals (INTI)”, 2008 (Subcontractor of KANTOR Management Consortium, Brussels)
The summative evaluation of this European programme aimed at clarifications on efficiency and effectivity with view to intended results, and at providing insights for the future design of the proposed European Funds for the Integration of Third Country Nationals. CORE was designated teamleader in this needs based impact assessment whiich investigated the progrmme’s relevance, effectivity, efficiency, utility, future needs, and complementarity with other EU Programmes.

Ex-post evaluation of the programme "Preparatory actions B7-667 Cooperation with Third Countries in the Area of Migration", 2006/2007 (Subcontractor of CSES, London)
The evaluation of the three years of preparatory actions focused on 50 projects carried out inside and outside of the European Union. CORE was responsible for the development of the intervention logic, the evaluation of application procedures and the assessment of consistency with other EU policies.

Evaluation of the prevention program “OÖ Finanzführerschein”, 2007
CORE was responsible for the design and management of the above evaluation, which had one of its aims in the identification of social factors contributing to over-indeptedness. Futheron, it aimed at the development of internet based self evaluation tools.

Evaluation of the project “Strengthening law enforcement capacities for fighting human trafficking in South Eastern Europe”, 2005/2006
The evaluation consisted of a process evaluation and an objective based impact assessment, and aimed at identifying factors crucial for capacity building in this area.

Evaluation of the Continuous Medical Education Programme of the Austrian Medical Association, 2004/2005
Formative and summative evaluation of the Continuous Medical Education Programme of the Austrian Medical Association with a special focus on the effects of the participants attitudes, knowledge and skills. The evaluation consisted of a systematic research review, process evaluation and needs based impact assessment.
